Metro Centre at Owings Mills

Metro Centre at Owings Mills is a transportation-oriented multi-use development consisting of residential, office, retail and institutional uses. Human & Rohde, Inc. prepared the designs and construction documents for the central plaza, streetscapes and landscaping for this major Baltimore County facility. Two apartment building with lower level retail, a parking garage for the Metro stop and the Baltimore County Owings Mills Library/Community College of Baltimore County, and a parking garage servicing two more apartment buildings have been constructed. We prepared the design for a roof top plaza with swimming pool for one of those apartment buildings.
