Human & Rohde prepared landscape and hardscape plans for this office park in Annapolis Maryland for St. John Properties. A heavy emphasis was placed on the creation of landscape amenity areas for tenants. A large central courtyard was designed between two one-story buildings which includes a meandering pathway, dry stream treatment to convey surface drainage, and covered and open seating areas. Additional destination amenities including pavilions and sitting areas were provided throughout the park as a benefit for tenants.
